Judge Baker Children’s Center

Environmental Graphic Design Arrowstreet Inc. Internship – February 2020

Background

Judge Baker Children’s Center is a non-profit organization that serves children by promoting their developmental, emotional, and intellectual well-being.

I was tasked with creating two wall murals for Judge Baker’s new office and call center. These murals were located in the elevator lobb and waiting room. During this project, I used Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create these playful plants and friendly insects. One objective was to keep mental health in mind in order to help make the space feel cozy and comforting. I was able to execute this by using colors that are soothing and welcoming, as well as nature elements that are comforting to all ages.
